Chinese Chicken Salad

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1 cup Carolina® Brown Rice (Whole Grain)
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
6 cups salad greens, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
4 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing


Directions:

Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine rice, chicken, salad greens and bell pepper in large bowl. Toss. Add sesame seeds and salad dressing. Toss gently and chill.
